Using the arcade
Every game on GamerX is free to play, in your browser, with no account required. You can play as much or as little as you like. We reserve the right to change, replace, or remove any game from the arcade at any time, for any reason, including licensing or rights concerns.
What you should not do
- Do not attempt to scrape, rehost, or redistribute the games or site content as your own work.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the game backend (automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, and similar).
- Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
GamerX is provided as-is. We try to keep every game working and every page fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
Game ownership and licensing
Some games on GamerX are built in-house; others are adapted from open, freely available projects, credited where their origin is known. See our game credits and licensing page for details and for how to reach us about a specific title.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of GamerX after an update means you accept the current version.
