Crowd multiplier runner
A hyper-casual crowd runner: barrel down a straight track through gates stamped +, −, ×, and ÷, steering your growing horde into the ones that help and away from the ones that gut it. Coins buy upgrades between runs, but the real game is reading the next gate fast enough to still have a crowd when you reach it.
Free to play, no download, no sign-up. Hosted with ❤ by GamerX.
A straight track lined with gates stamped +, -, x and /, and a crowd that grows or shrinks according to which one you steer through. Drag or use left and right. Because the track is straight, there is nothing to dodge and nothing to time; the entire game is reading the next pair of gates fast enough to pick correctly while still moving at speed. Coins collected during a run buy upgrades between runs, which raise your starting numbers and shift where the arithmetic crossover sits. Reaching the line with the biggest crowd you can is the whole objective.
Crowd Stampede is the crowd-multiplier genre reduced to its arithmetic core: no obstacles, no jumps, just a straight run and a sequence of binary maths decisions taken at speed. That makes it the clearest demonstration of why the genre works, because there is nothing else to blame a bad run on. The upgrade loop between runs is what gives it legs - raising your starting crowd changes which gates are correct, so the optimal play genuinely shifts as you progress rather than being a fixed rule you learn once. It is a Unity WebGL build rather than three.js, which is why it loads a little differently to the rest of the arcade. Currently off the shelves, still playable.
