Crowd multiplier siege
A siege fought one soldier at a time. You hold to fire your muster up a single lane, and every banner you walk them under multiplies them — so the question is never how fast you shoot, it is which banner is worth feeding, and whether your line reaches the gate before the garrison reaches you. The keep answers with its own men, a champion goes in when the numbers are right, and the run ends when the gate goes down or you run out of people to throw at it.
