Airport packing
Tap travel items off the conveyor into your suitcase, hit the target fill without overpacking, choose green/red gates, use vacuum-fold-expand powerups, zip it shut and pass the weigh-in scale.

Travel items ride past on an airport conveyor and you tap or click each one you want to pack. The suitcase has a target fill, and the trick is that you have to hit it without going over - overpacking is a fail, not just a penalty, so the last few items are a judgement call about whether one more fits. Green and red gates offer bonuses and hazards, and three powerups change the maths: vacuum compresses what is already inside, fold makes an item take less room, expand raises the ceiling. When you are done you zip the case shut and it goes on the weigh-in scale, which is the final check on whether you got it right.
Luggage Rush is a packing puzzle disguised as a tapping game. The overpacking fail state is what gives it teeth: because going over is worse than stopping short, every decision late in a round is a real risk assessment rather than a reflex, and the powerups exist to let a skilful player push closer to the line than a cautious one. The airport framing does useful work, since a suitcase, a conveyor and a weigh-in scale are three things everybody already understands the rules of, which means the game needs almost no tutorial. It runs on Babylon.js and, like Candle Rush and Ludo Legends, is WebGL despite looking like a flat 2D game.
